Went to the gym tonight.
The Husband was quite proud.
He goes ALL the time.
I’ve never went with him even though we have a family membership.
Something about other people watching me sweat and me making a total ass out of myself by falling flat on my face after my legs collapse out from under me after .3 miles.
Unbelievably … that didn’t happen.
I walked 3 miles; Burnt 333 calories; and kept my heart rate up the whole time. Felt quite good. Wanted to go a lot further, but kinda want to take it slow so I don’t get so sore that I’ll never want to go again.
Might just have to start going regularly. (Isn’t that what everyone says after just one day? lol) Don’t tell the Husband, but it was fun. And I could totally stand to lose some of these 20 pounds I’ve picked up.
