My best friend and I went to Memphis in May together for the first (and only) time 6 years ago.   (Or was it 5 Chels…I can’t remember.)  Anywho, THIS year we’re going together again!  Finally!  I go every single year and I’ve missed her terribly.

So staying true to our Nerd-like natures … every year we make a list of all the bands we want to see … and then a list of which songs we love from that band.  We download and burn CDs (add to my iPod) and then those tunes become our anthems for a month or two prior to MIM so we can learn (remember) all the words and get super addicted to them.  I think it makes it that much better hearing them sung live!

Of course THIS year will be way more amazing for Chels.  She gets to listen to the CDs (as per normal) AND go with me to see them live.

Chels … what’s on YOUR list ???

Remember I have every single song and CD that One Less Reason has made.  So while their songs need to be mixed in too … it’s quite likely that they’ll have an entire CD all their own.  I love them.

And on Friday I really don’t care if we see Jason Mraz or not since he doesn’t have a lot of songs I like.  And Egypt Central isn’t  my crazy favorite or anything … so if we see em we do and if we don’t I won’t cry or anything.

I listed the obvious Hinder songs … but since I’ve seen them more than once .. I don’t really care if you want to put different ones on there.

Paul Thorn was on your list.  I don’t know which of his songs are super great.  So that’s your choice.

Same with  Godsmack.  I’m not really a fan.  I just picked one I knew and will leave the rest up to you.

I’ve seen Buckcherry too … that’s why the obvious ones are on my list.  Anything is fine with me.
