I spent yesterday morning rearranging my living room and working on reorganizing my office. I have a tendency to keep everything.
While I was going through one of my 700 notebooks (serious fascination with office supplies…especially paper and ink pens…ohh and post-its) I came across several lists I had made.
I don’t remember how long it’s been since I wrote this down, but it seems to be a list of things I’d like to do in my lifetime. Not a complete list mind you, as there is nothing on there about Grandbabies etc, but I thought it was pretty cool that a lot of the same things are on this list as the one I made the other day that’s over there in the sidebar.
Seems I need to get busy. Although, I can check numbers 24 and 42 off my list.
- Send a message in a bottle.
- Swim with dolphins.
- Give my Mom(s) a dozen roses just to say I love you.
- Be the member of an audience on a TV show.
- Plant a Magnolia tree in my yard.
- Teach myself to play the piano again.
- Drive across American from coast to coast.
- Find a job that I LOVE.
- Spend Christmas on a beach sipping Pina Coladas.
- Buy a house and spend the time to make it everything I want.
- Grow a garden.
- Spend 3 months getting my body into perfect shape.
- Visit the Holy Land.
- Research my ancestry and do my Family Tree.
- Go to the top of the Statue of Liberty.
- Run a marathon.
- Learn to surf.
- Ride a sail boat – on the ocean.
- Go to Oktoberfest.
- Ride a Gondola in Venice.
- Ride 200mph with my Husband. (He has a fast car obsession.)
- See a great Pyramid in person.
- See the Northern Lights.
- Walk on a beach at midnight.
- Go to a drive in theater.
- Get at least one more tattoo.
- Go to Vegas.
- See the Grand Canyon.
- See California.
- Put my toes in the Pacific Ocean.
- Walk the Golden Gate Bridge.
- Go Parasailing with my son.
- Visit Mount Rushmore.
- Meet someone I ‘met’ on the Internet in real life.
- Take a year off.
- Visit Italy.
- Take my kids to Washington DC.
- Be debt free.
- Live in a big City, if only for one month.
- Visit Paris – see the Eiffel Tower.
- Read a classic novel.
- Try Sushi.
- Stay at Atlantis – Bahamas.
- Relearn to cross-stitch and finish my old projects.
- Dress up for Halloween again.
Okay .. here I go again with the long comment!!
While I was reading this and think of what to comment, I realized that we seriously ARE twins. Seriously.
1. Cool idea. Would be awesome to do that. You should do it in Hawaii next year!!

3. I have actually kinda done this. I sent my Momma flowers once just because! But it’s been a long time ago. Should do it again

6. I used to play the piano. Need to learn to play again. My grandma has the piano I learned on. Maybe we should go over there and practice!!!
7. I have ALWAYS wanted to drive across America from coast to coast. Road trip???? lol

10. I would love to do this. I never make my houses HOMES with pictures and decorations! Need to do that to my house SOON. Wanna come help me clean out and reorganize and decorate?? I’ll be your best friend
