It’s cold and rainy outside and one of those days where I wish I was in bed, cuddled up, reading and taking naps on and off all day long. It should be illegal to be forced to work in these conditions. So basically, I’m sitting here daydreaming about what I’m going to have for lunch. And honestly, I’m starving.

That’s a BBQ Tater and it is absolutely DELICIOUS! It’s a baked potato with hickory smoked pork, hot sauce, red sauce, hot mustard sauce, shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Mmmm… It’s so good, it’ll make ya wanna smack your momma!
